At Stir, our award-winning Cambridge bakery handcrafts and bakes our bread, pastries, and cakes daily. We follow tried and perfected recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients when possible. This dedication has earned us the privilege of proudly supplying Cambridgeshire’s leading catering, hospitality and retail outlets.

Our reputation for delicious and extensive brunch menus has been crafted by our accomplished team of chefs, each tailored to our neighbourhoods. Our experienced baristas are passionate about making the perfect Stir cup of coffee and work to refine their skills through regular training. At Stir, we believe in the power of community, great food, and exceptional coffee. Founded in 2015 by Judith and Matt Harrison as a family-owned cafe in the heart of the Chesterton neighbourhood in Cambridge, with a small craft bakery added next door in 2017.

Since then, we’ve grown into an award-winning brand with a large-scale dedicated craft bakery production unit and five outlets, but our vision remains the same: to bring our simple yet brilliantly executed offering of bakery delights, brunch favourites, and premium coffee to more neighbourhoods in and around Cambridge.
