Coffee at Stir

We've been working with Assembly Coffee since 2022 to bring the very best speciality coffee to Stir.

Founded in 2015, Assembly are a speciality roastery based in Brixton. They're B-Corp certified, carbon neutral, and have built their whole business around asking what a roastery should be doing for its partners, rather than the other way around. That care for quality and focus on the communities they work with make them the perfect match for Stir and our philosophy.

Whichever café is your local, what you're drinking day-to-day is our Stir house blend, developed together with Assembly specifically for our customers and us. It's designed to be balanced and reliable, just as good enjoyed as a simple espresso, as it is paired with a croissant or with your favourite brunch.

Our baristas work directly with Assembly too, not just learning how to make great coffee but understanding what they're making and why. Assembly care about the people serving their coffee just as much as the roasting itself, and that sits well with us, our team's love for speciality coffee done right is part of what makes a Stir coffee what it is.
