Great pizza starts with great dough. 

Made in our Cambridge bakery and frozen at its best, these dough balls simply need a few hours to thaw before stretching into a beautifully light, blistered pizza base.

Cook them in a pizza oven, on a barbecue, over a plancha or even in a cast-iron pan. Top with whatever you fancy and enjoy proper homemade pizza without the mixing, kneading or endless YouTube tutorials.

If you have an infrared thermometer, about 400c on the stone.

Each 270 g dough ball makes an 11–12 inch pizza with a light, airy crust and chewy centre.

Storage: Keep frozen. Defrost for 3-4 hours before use. Do not refreeze once thawed.
